Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. "Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.

We host in three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Charplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the Kiki mini market and above the free municipal parking. The internet speed is very good and many guests come for remote work.

Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.
