From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

Very cozy American house, located in the south of the island on Matadeiro beach. A preserved paradise between Armação and Lagoinha do Leste. One of the surfers' favorite beaches, offering good waves, being a continuation of Armação beach with access via a short trail for about a ten-minute walk.
