In a quilombola and fishing village, it is part of the preservation area of Serra do Mar State Park and Bocaina Park.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cosy. Access is via a 250 m path that starts at the beach and is covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally from caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

The room has 1 double bed and a bunk bed with new and comfortable mattresses. Both rooms offer incredible views of the Atlantic Forest and the Sea, surrounded by pure nature, just 500 meters from the most fantastic waterfall in Ubatuba, the Prumirim Waterfall. The room has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, sandwich makers, etc. It has a LED TV with cable channels. What I love most is the nature and the privileged view of the place.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
