Embrace simplicity in this quiet and well-located place. It has an individual hot tub. Warm water at all the bathroom exits and in the kitchen counter. It has gas boiler. Great location: close to bakeries, shops in general, shopping malls, pharmacies and taxi stand. Located 500m from Guarderia Beach. Besides all, an amazing view of the sea! Come check it out! IMPORTANT Bathroom is not accessible due to hot tub.
