Welcome to our modern duplex bungalow, P07 Imbassai Privilege! We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 2 air-conditioned suites upstairs, ground floor with air-conditioned living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, water filter, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. In the outdoor area is guaranteed an airy and comfortable environment with a sofa, table set and chairs for 6 people, hammock, brewery and barbecue to gather friends and family on their vacation rentals. There is, in addition, beach chairs and umbrellas, an internal patio, in addition to a service area equipped with a washing machine. We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our apartment is located in the Imbassai Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassai River and with private access a few meters from the beach, in front of the area of natural pools of Costa dos Coconut trees.
