Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

For those who like adventure and hiking, this is the ideal tour, very close to São Paulo, with access by trail or sea (it is not possible to arrive by car - there are private parking lots in Bertioga. Comfortable en-suite, two minutes from the beach, with a delicious breakfast and family atmosphere for days of rest. The House Our house is ideal for 2 people, carefully decorated for your total comfort. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a "queen" size bed. In the bathroom, there is a tempered glass shower and a heated shower. We also have a Zen space with a whirlpool. Note: Minimum 2-night rental
