It accommodates 10 people. Garage for 3 cars. The house is cheerful, modern and tasteful. It is located on a quiet street in a residential subdivision with a guardhouse, with the option to enter through the entrance of the Samola condominium. The house is located on the beautiful Lagoinha beach in Ubatuba, just an 8-minute walk to the beach (500 meters).

Very comfortable and pleasant house, in the Salga condominium on Lagoinha beach. Accommodates 16 (maximum 19) people in 4 en-suites. Bed and bath linens are included! It is only 150 meters from the beach: just a 2-minute walk on a beautiful street, without crossing the Rio-Santos highway. Air-conditioning in all en-suites, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, spacious living room and dining table for 14 people. Outdoor area with lawn, barbecue area and hammocks. Great place for a few days of vacation and rest with the family!

Casa da Lagoinha is a house for the family to relax and not have to worry about on vacation days. We offer camera security and refer a trusted person to work for our guests, providing even more comfort during their stay. The House offers in its outdoor area a garden, a delightful swimming pool and ample gourmet area space. Our house is located near the Soares market on Lagoinha Beach, 700 meters from the sea on the opposite side. We have 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning.
