It borders the City of Burela where the Public Hospital of Mariña is located 5 km away and 8 km from downtown Foz.

To relax, there are 2 small living rooms, one with a 47-inch TV and ocean views. The other is interior and has a 50-inch TV. To rest, it has 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with a 150*190 bed and another with 105*190 twins.
