This is a historic family villa close to the centre. Villa is located on a hill overlooking the center. Parking is possible in front of the house. The house has a garden where the possibility of relaxation. Nearby there is a bus and tram stop. A good breakfast and a quiet family environment are included. The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

Díky tomu je ale okolí bytu naprosto klidné a ideální na procházky do přírody, na dosah bytu je několik krásných přírodních míst. K bytu je zadarmo soukromé parkovací stání.
