Tsolakis Luxury House

Our house is located in the center of Leonidio, in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 minutes walk from all shops and cafes. From the terrace you will enjoy the sun and the panoramic view of Leonidio. The bedroom has a king-size bed with an anatomic mattress and can sleep 2 people. An extra person can sleep in the shared area on the sofa that converts into a bed. Upon request, we can provide an extra single bed. For guests with infants, we have a playpen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is everything you need to cook and enjoy your vacation. It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bdrm with two single beds) as well as two bathrooms. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
