A brand-new apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path running along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. Perfect for weekend sightseeing, business trips, sports or bike tours around the city. The block only has 29 apartments, so you can rest assured that there is peace and an intimate atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage hall (except for LPG cars😉)
