Functional air-conditioned cottage with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is located on our land in front of our family home and next to two adjoining cottages. A large shared swimming pool (open and in operation from June to September) as well as a shared terrace with another cottage with deckchairs and parasol. Shared garden with 2 other cottages. Very well located 15 minutes from the famous Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 20 minutes from the Last Duchy of France in Uzes.

120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Accommodation (Outbuilding) La Belle Grappe

House annex on POULX 10 min from Nîmes and Collias as well as 15 minutes from Uzès. Accommodation also a stone's throw from the Pont du Gard beautiful natural site by the river. The outbuilding is fully equipped and located on a wooded lot including a children's playground and a boule court. You can enjoy the swimming pool (not private) from May to September. Calm and relaxation will be at the rendezvous. The accommodation has a sheltered outdoor terrace with its own barbecue.

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days
