Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Beautiful beach house in Glyfoneri bay, Thasos

A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Levantes is a lovely studio for 2 that can also accommodate 2 adults with one or two children. There is a double king-size bed and a sofa-bed that opens to a double (90cm or 130cm). The kitchen has double electic hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery, cookware and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. Levantes has a peaceful, shaded private courtyard with a truly beautiful view of the village church.

You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

Apartment in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature among olive trees. Newly built, on the first floor, with a panoramic terrace, it enjoys multiple comforts, inside a private residence of 4 units with a fenced garden of about 4000 square meters. The Euriale Residence can be reached by means of an unpaved road of about 1 km. The Residence has free private parking. You will enjoy a breathtaking view that sweeps over the fantastic Aegean Sea and Mount Athos.

"Larus apartment" is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.
