Public free parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, coffee shop, mini market, shops nearby. The sea is 250 meters on foot, very easy access by road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, state-of-the-art construction 2024. There are awnings for shade on the balconies.

Supermarket, bakery, café, tavernas, ATM, medical center and car rental are within walking distance.
