Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

The ideal place to enjoy "la dolce vita". The house is situated in one of the most beautiful sea-areas of sardinia: the protected marine area of Tavolara.

15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Corsica you will be quiet by the private heated pool surrounded by vineyards, with the Gulf of Figari on the horizon. Perfect for families or groups of friends: the space in the house allows for great privacy. As I love my region, I'll be happy to help you prepare your stay in the best possible way: wine tastings at the winery, secret beaches, walking routes... If you manage to leave the house, Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio are 15 minutes away.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. The Villetta Matteo is our private accommodation on the Costa Paradiso (Corsica view). It is a beautifully located holiday home, on a hillside 80 m abovesea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, nestled in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean plants. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. Shared pool with stunning ocean views and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15 min walk) complete the stay.

This townhouse with private pool has a large garden that surrounds it on three sides. Newly renovated, it offers two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, both furnished with spacious closets and bright colors. At the entrance is a large living room with two sofas, the dining area with breakfast corner and separate kitchen equipped with every comfort. The house has a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
