La casa si trova in un piccola palazzina composta da 4 appartamenti. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato completamente a nuovo. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Alghero e in una zona molto tranquilla dove poter passare delle splendide giornate rilassanti. La zona è vicina a tutti i servizi come supermercati, farmacie, fermate bus, negozi etc. La casa non è adatta a persone che hanno problemi di deambulazione, è situata al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Si affitta bellissimo appartamento vista mare composto da ampio salone, una camera matrimoniale , camera con tre letti singoli,un bagno e una cucina; il tutto situato fronte mare sui bastioni Cristoforo Colombo nel cuore del centro storico di Alghero, a due passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse, la bellissima passeggiata e lo splendido e suggestivo porto turistico. La casa si trova in zona pedonale quindi non raggiungibile in auto,è comunque possibile parcheggiare a poche centinaia di metri
