A 3-minute walk to the promenade (which leads to the center). 5 minutes by car from the port, airport; 10 minutes from Mater and Civil Hospital. Quiet neighborhood, equipped with all services (pharmacy, tobacco and supermarket). Located near the exits for SS and NU, to get to S. Teodoro and Orosei in a short time.
