This detached villa is situated 330m from the suburb 9-km-golden beach, 3km from the golf course and 8 minutes from the centre of the village. Wir haben eine ländlich ruhige Lage dennoch ist der Strand nicht weit entfernt(2KM). in fußläufiger Nähe finden Sie eine kleine Pizzeria, einen Minimarkt und mehrere Traditionelle Restaurants. Auch Hunde sind bei uns willkommen . A beach house... on the beach. A comfortable house to be used in a relaxed way with the necessary conditions for a good vacation stay. Close to the center of the village, but far from the hustle and bustle, on top of the beach, the house is in a great location to relax, go for a swim in the sea or have a coffee in the village. In the spring, summer or fall, the island's mild temperature allows for the enjoyment of the beach. In winter, the beach remains a good reason for long walks.

A Fernandes House é uma casa nova (remodelada em maio de 2021) e esta localizada em Machico, na costa sul da ilha da Madeira, a 1,4 km da praia de areia amarela, a 5 minutos de carro do Aeroporto. O apartamento fica na parte inferior da moradia. Nós vivemos no piso superior e estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar, mas dando toda a privacidade. Será um prazer recebe-los.
