I am Nelly and I love to meet new cultures and people. In the house there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony at your disposal. The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north

A beach house... on the beach. A comfortable house to be used in a relaxed way with the necessary conditions for a good vacation stay. ​Close to the center of the village, but far from the hustle and bustle, on top of the beach, the house is in a great location to relax, go for a swim in the sea or have a coffee in the village. ​In the spring, summer or fall, the island's mild temperature allows for the enjoyment of the beach. In winter, the beach remains a good reason for long walks.

The Vila offers a unique beachfront location, within walking distance from the city centre and a mere 50 mt from the supermarket and local hospital. The main villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, sitting/ dining room, outdoor dining area with barbeque pit, in a plot of 1300 sqm, with garden, lawn and sun terrace overlooking the ocean. Within the premises, we can offer a studio with sleeping room (large double bed) private wc and kitchenette at extra cost.

One-story vacation home, located close to the beach and everything you need for a good vacation. Close to the center (2 km) and the entrances to the beaches of Ribeiro Salgado or Ribeiro Cochino/Bar do Henrique (300 m). Well-served area of local commerce (typical kiosks with regional products, mini market, restaurants, snack bar, pastry shop, bakery, tobacco shop and convenience store 200 meters away (Zarco Shopping). With local bus stop 150 meters away.

Enjoy a unique, serene and welcoming space and let yourself be packed with the sound of the waves of the sea. The garden of the house gives access to a private terrace/viewpoint of 80m2 that will give you the tranquility of a panoramic view over the bay of Porto da Cruz with a heavenly scenery. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in a pleasant space with a good outdoor area, which includes a shower and barbecue. The house can be rented as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom, with access to the second bedroom from the outside. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. Near Casa das Rolas, you can also find restaurants and a mini market with all the essentials. We're available for any questions that might come up.
