Located in a peaceful residence, it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed 160 X 200, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed 160 X 200, 1 bathroom, 1 terrace and 1 enclosed garden. Ideal location, you can do anything on foot. Very nice beach 350 m from the apartment, private and shaded parking, all shops within a 10-min walk. 10 minutes from Olbia (airport and ferries). Paid communal swimming pool (100 m away).
