Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Comfortable and quiet, with spacious and enjoyable balcony of 5 square meters, view and exclusive and charming location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (Loc.Pol/Carab barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the country with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5' and the beaches, by car, in 15'.

Ampio, elegante e tranquillo monolocale con bagno, in edificio storico con vista mozzafiato; in paese, in posizione elevata, quindi fresco, ben aerato e luminoso. Comodo per soggiorni più lunghi, organizzato con tutto il necessario. La terrazza/balcone, 5 mq mq, arredata con divano, tavolino e sedie permette di goderne i lati migliori soprattutto nei pasti e ore serali. Agevole parcheggio gratuito esterno a 100 mt. non custodito ma sicuro ( Caserma CC e PL). Provare per credere!
