The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs. There is community wifi and also a higher quality wifi, private and free WiFi exclusively for my guests
