Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Art Villa è circondata da un giardino privato di 800 mq tappezzato dal prato verde che avvolge la magnifica piscina riscaldata (su richiesta ad un costo giornaliero extra ) La casa è su 2 piani ed è composta complessivamente da 4 camere da letto matrimoniali, 4 bagni, 2 soggiorni/ cucina di cui uno con divano letto. Al piano superiore è possibile godere di una vista mare infinita, in giardino è presente una zona picnic all’ombra di un magnifico albero.
