The house is divided into two independent apartments, also with independent access. The photos show only the apartment on the 1st floor. The house is in a strategic location overlooking the beach without any buildings blocking the view. Just cross the road and you'll find yourself in the square in front of the coast, with easy and short access. The area is quiet and not very busy. For hiking, mountain biking and climbing enthusiasts, there are sites for these sports a few kilometers away.

The pool is fantastic, a fairytale silence surrounded by a beautiful garden, 1 double bedroom + bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, covered outdoor patio with sofas and table, giant pool, with sun loungers. 2 km from the beach of Buggeru and San Nicolò, served by bars and restaurants where you can enjoy fish and other specialties... wonderful places that will leave you with an indelible memory.
