It sits in a private residence in Mondello (beach 20 min walking, city 20 min by car). The Villa is great for unwinding in peace while reaching beach/city easily by car (rental recommended). The apartment has glass doors opening to a lower-floor terrace. It is part of the house of the owner, who lives there but you will hardly see, ensuring full privacy.
