We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views that sleeps up to 10 (there are 2 single rollaway beds if needed ) in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. The Manor House, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Tulare California it is located 1 mile off the 99 highway and 2.5 hrs. North of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park and the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and Instant hot water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location. Thanks
