Eagle Point cottage is our modern-chic cottage backing onto the Tay Trail and Georgian Bay. It’s a 12 minute drive to Mount St. Louis Ski Resort and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can walk, run, in-line skate or cycle the beautiful 18.5 km Tay Trail right from our backyard during the summer or snowshoe and x-country ski during the winter. Enjoy and relax in the quiet & peaceful fenced in private yard with the use of a natural gas BBQ, hot tub, sauna or enjoy an evening fire.

Upper porch to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, also covered porched to sit under in those hot or rainy days, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sandy beach area for kids. Deep water off the dock. Great for fishing, swimming, boating, tubing. Boat launch on property, access to McLean lake, Gloucester Pool and the Trent Severn from our lake. Fire pit, gazebo. Lots of board games for those rainy days.

Plenty of sun exposure on the dock you can swim all day long. Close to hiking and snowmobile trails. May 15-Oct 2 Minimum 6 nights with a Sunday check in.
