This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), an additional den/ bedroom, full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pets are welcome! The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
