Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. Our first review: "Excellent apartment, very clean, spacious and very modern, Great location close to many cafes and restaurants near big grocery stores, 5 min walk to the beach and bike rentals very close to public transportation. We will be contactable via mobile throughout the duration of the stay. Port Melbourne is the closest bayside suburb to Melbourne's CBD. The shopping and dining options are outstanding. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Tiny loft bedroom and bathroom, private in a separate part of main house, an 1857 blue stone heritage building, in vibrant South Melbourne, a few doors from the South Melbourne Market. Walk to Albert Park Lake in 10 minutes. Walk to the city centre along the river in half an hour. 3 different trams within 5 minutes walk. Note there is no parking, no cooking facilities, and no air-conditioning.(fan air cooling only)
