Golfers and non-golfers alike will love this loft condominium. The unit features a bedroom upstairs with a dresser and chest for plenty of storage. The bathroom with a tub/shower is upstairs as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range and microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio outside. A washer and dryer are included in the unit. The internet is fast and the central air con is super cold. There is plenty of free parking just outside the unit. Great for long-term stays!

The main floor there has a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The third floor has an oversized bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. There is a dedicated boat lift available upon request, with an additional fee. The community requires for all visitors to check-in at the Welcome Center and there is a $110 resort fee.

A private pool is framed by a spacious deck, offering seating and a hammock under a large umbrella. The setting sun casts a warm glow over the area, while multiple lounge chairs line the poolside, providing ample space for relaxation.
