Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). We hope you enjoy your vacation and will help guide you through our little paradise.

Beach House Steps Away From The Ocean

This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy spacious balconies with partial views of both the Gulf and the bay, perfect for catching the island’s famous fireworks shows. (Permit Number: 2023-0098) Pets are welcome but must be included on the guest list.

Fantastic Beach Oasis - 3 bedroom, private pool

(Permit (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) bedroom sleeps 7, private swimming pool, putting green on one side of the house and basketball goal on the other. Pool table/ping pong table downstairs. Hear the birds singing from the sanctuary next door and the bubbling backyard fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers as you relax in this unique rustic/industrial/eclectic space with gorgeous bay sunset views and a private front row seat to fireworks over the bay. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
