Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city with sea view

Nice T3, 44m2, very bright, on the first floor of a small building. Panoramic view of the beach and market square. Located right in the middle of Quiberon's summer and festive life. Nightclub, restaurants, terraces and other shops on the doorstep. 1 parking place included (2 minutes walk from the property) !!! July and August, particularly lively months, cafe concert and other street entertainment can take place at the beginning of the night WARNING: linens not provided!!! See below!

Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

Favorite apartment for its exceptional view of the bay. 52 m2 duplex with 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. Completely renovated with quality materials. WiFi access. The apartment is located in Quiberon on the quays of Port Haliguen. It is very quiet as there is no vehicle passage in front of the building. The marina restaurants are just a stone's throw away and the family-friendly Porigo beach is 200 m away. Ideal place for a beach vacation.

Ideally located opposite Haliguen Port and 50 m from the beach, this studio can comfortably accommodate 3 people including a child. Antique furniture, neat decor, comfortable amenities and mattresses... This is a nice getaway to enjoy the sea air throughout the year.
