Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Saint Laurent de la mer is a residential area by the sea. Located 5 km from Saint-Brieuc train station and 3 km from Le Légué. The 35 m2 studio is less than 30 meters from Bleuets beach and the GR34. Refurbished, you have a comfortable living room with a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace. You have all the linen at your disposal. Only 1 four-legged companion is accepted, if well trained and kept on a lead around the house.
