The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.
