A simple house furnished with simple furniture, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen, surrounded by lots of greenery, a patio with lots of trees and shade. Attached is Pesqueiro São Luiz, a restaurant and fishmonger with ready-made portions (see opening hours).
