At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Quiet, warm cottage, ideally located

Between Clécy and Pont d 'ouilly, a quiet and warm cottage, you will be lulled by the lapping of the river passing below the garden for a relaxing or sporting stay. Ideally located for outdoor activities, you will find nearby tours for hiking/mountain biking, nautical bases (canoe, pedal boat) paragliding, horseback riding and catering. You will also be very close to the site "la roche d 'oëtre", one of the most beautiful hiking spots in Normandy Switzerland.

quiet and well-equipped cottage (kitchen possible) Located in the heart of Normandy Switzerland (so called because of its mountainous landscapes ) .Many hikes possible On foot by bicycle ... shops and restaurants 4kms maximum. Possibility of breakfast extra( 5 euros per person/ day ) Basics (small groceries, household products provided. For the laundry you give me one evening and I wash it for free at night(hypoallergenic laundry). Cour commun avec nous .
