Located near the small port of Buguéles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

The Chestnut Tree Cottage

Charming cottage in the heart of an authentic Breton village, a few steps from a historic monument and a square of century-old chestnut trees. This home is located a few kilometers from the most beautiful detours of the Côtes d'Armor (Bréhat, Pink Granite Coasts, Roche Jagu, Paimpol...). 40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

The small arin houses, Ty mam goz

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

Sea view apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located at the foot of the GR 34 Panoramic view of Locquirec Bay. It is located 200 m from the beach. It consists of a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is composed of: microwave, oven and dishwasher. No Wi-Fi available.

Our typical Breton house is a charming family cocoon, which we have completely renovated. On a plot of more than 1000 m2, this 120 m2 house with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. Just a 3-minute walk to the village of Pontrieux and its shops, you can enjoy all its amenities.
