In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been hosting guest rooms since 1940. In 2022, the building was extensively renovated in the 4th generation, the building was extensively renovated with a lot of love for detail according to the latest standards. The apartment has its own entrance and extends over 2 floors. During the day you can make beautiful excursions to the sea or to the Schlei from here. Or you can enjoy your own terrace in the garden or read a book in the hammock. Everything is possible!

This charming thatched house, built around 1860, is located in a natural reserve area. The Baltic Sea and the natural beach are only 1 km away.
