A wooden house with a usable area of 120 M2 . The house consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and is located in a quiet place 100 meters from the lake, access to the lake by asphalt road about 300 meters - about 7 min. on foot. A lake with a small deck and a carport, a tiny intimate beach. A fenced area, a covered barbecue area,a children's house, a fire pit plus wood , a trampoline, a swing. A wifi speed of about 20Mbps,due to the proximity of the lake, there is a poor range. TV basic channels.
