Apartment for 6 person has 2 floors ( interior stairs). On the 1. floor there are kitchen, living room, one bathroom, one bedrom for 2 persons and big terrace with a beautiful view on the sea. On the 2. floor there are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and one bathroom.. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a view on the sea as well. Kitchen and dining room (15m2) : cooking basics, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, el. water kettle, cooker( 2 electric plates + 2 gas burners) with oven, table, 6 chairs, iron. Living room ( 23 m2) : 2 sofas, TV, exit to the beautiful terrace. Bedroom on the 1. floor ( 12 m2) has twin bed. One bedroom on the 2. floor(12m2) has twin bed, other room (23m2) has twin bed and a sofa. A bathroom (4,85 m2) : shower, towels, hair dryer We have a baby cot.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful holiday houses Rea are distant close from the sea and can be a perfect location for your holiday.The property has one houses, big garden with fruit trees as well as vegetables, barbecues, small pool for refreshment and lots of parking space. It is in a very quiet area so the guests like to emphasize how they had a really good rest while they were here. In the near there are popular places like: Kamenjak, camp Pomer (1 km). There are lots of biking paths and nature and beaches to enjoy.

House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
