Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

A folk fisherman's house from the 50's, has been carefully renovated with detail. Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

AQUA HOUSE 2

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

Welcome to my home in Pollonia, the Arokaria Sea Home! It's a beachfront house with amazing sea view in a quiet area of Pollonia, just 20m off the beach and 5' off the center of the village. This is my home, where I can unwind and hope that my guests will also find their stay calming and relaxing, with carefully selected furniture and objects from my travels. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.

In the heart of Adamas the port of Milos we have this lovely fully renovated apartment from the 1820. The house is in two levels with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms lounge dinning area and kitchen. "Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.
