This newly built flat offers all amenities for a great stay in Vienna. It is quiet and located in beautiful Kaisermühlen, which is part of the 22nd district and surrounded by water (Danube). It's right next to the UNO as well as the Vienna International Center (Around 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by bus). Only 5 walking minutes away, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. The city center (and St. Stephen’s cathedral) can be reached easily by public transport within 15 minutes.

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. This is a very light big apartment, located on the sunny side of the building, (3rd floor without elevator) and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 15 min away from city center (Stephansplatz), using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)
