Expertly restored, it preserves the characteristics of its antiquity and is equipped with the comforts of modernity. Let yourself be conquered by the colors, smells and flavors of the Murgia, by the mild, dry and ventilated climate, by the renowned dishes and local products, by the dry stone walls and by the trulli. A few minutes away are the trulli of Alberobello, the carnival of Putignano, the caves of Castellana, the Adriatic coasts and the Ionian beaches.

At the gates of Ostuni (approx. 1 km. from Corso Mazzini), the suite, about 30 square meters. is an exclusive solution immersed in the Apulian countryside, surrounded by wonderful centuries-old olive trees and located on a hill from which it enjoys the view of the green Adriatic Sea and the Ostuni skyline. Built entirely of stone in 1700, restored in 2021, the ancient lammia, today called “La Chicca di Ostuni” is the only construction within an exclusive estate of approx. 2 hectares (20,000 square meters) in size.

The trullo is surrounded by more than eight thousand meters of land bordered by the classic dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean scrub fill the view even from inside the pool. It's a great place to rejuvenate, rest, and stargaze. It's our summer home, but we rent it out every now and then. It is located in the magical Valle d'Itria: Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martinafranca are ten minutes away. With a few more people, you can reach the sea of Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Guaceto.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Bari port and a 15-minute walk to the main train station.
