Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. Aircon and heating is from heat-pump, the hotwater from solar panels and we support electric cars charging. Insect screens and roof fans are fitted for guests who prefer fresh air than aircondition. A bedroom and a bathroom is friendly to guests with mobility difficulties. Digital Nomads are welcome.
