The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the river Warta, surrounded by numerous forests, which influences clean air. There are two outdoor seating areas next to the cottage, which are very useful on hot days from the north. Next to the cottage you'll find a terrace overlooking the grassy landscapes of ultra-plants from which you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The opportunity to see the neighborhood with a bird's eye. The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 25-minute walk across the river.

Each cottage sleeps 4-6 people, has a kitchenette, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a living room with a forest view, a TV, and high-speed internet. The cottages are year-round. A living room, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a hot plate), and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there is a large bedroom for 6 people. The total area of the cottage is about 60 m2. The cottage is year-round, with central heating and air conditioning. The hot tub is paid separately.
