Kiahuna Plantation is an ocean front resort with rolling green landscaping, fragrant flowers, Mango trees, Koi ponds, and access to a high end health club. Grilling stations, laundry, pool w/slide, spa, fine restaurants and a coffee shop. Snorkeling, nightly turtles on shore right around the corner. I live on island, I’m available for any reason. Aloha! This charming, cottage-style condo is located at the 35-acre Kiahuna Plantation Resort next to Poipu Beach, Kauai's beautiful South Shore. The Resort is beautifully landscaped with rolling lawns, Koi ponds, the famous Moir Gardens, and has its very own world class sandy beach. We are a short walk from the beach, Poipu Beach Athletic Club (access included) and Poipu Shopping Village for various activities and supplies. Be sure to watch our Youtube video. The inviting living area boasts large sliding glass doors that open to an ocean view, allowing natural light to fill the space. Comfortable seating arrangements include a sofa and armchair, while a dining table accommodates four. Tropical plants add a vibrant touch to the decor.

This condo is directly in the center of the Poipu Mile - a boardwalk connecting beaches, restaurants, hotels and activity centers. Located directly across from the pools and grounds of the Poipu Atheletic Club (membership included) as well as the Poipu Mall and Keoki's, Puka Dog, Cabana Bar and numerous other great restaurants. Near Kiahuna Golf course and so many more places to enjoy.

Kiahuna Planation Resort #404. Located in building #40. Enjoy relaxing on the lanai listening to the birds sing. This peaceful and centrally-located condo of perfect for couples and families. Enjoy air conditioning located in the living room on those hot summer nights. The bedroom has a king bed and pocket doors to close for privacy. A queen bed folds out from the sofa to sleep 1 or 2 more people. Po’ipū Beach Athletic Club comes as a amenity with the condo.

Poipu Beach boasts access to snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding year-round as the South Shore is protected when the North Shore beaches are closed with 10' waves. Our one-bedroom condo is ground-level with parking right outside the unit. Enjoy a peaceful retreat in #405 while taking in the sights and sounds of the lanai's garden view.
