Private garden, facing the sea - Magical Sunsets

On the ground floor of a traditional house, completely renovated, apartment consisting of a large living/open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. Independent entrance, accessible by a private route overlooking the sea and rocks with wild garden. Private parking. Stunning views and extraordinary sunsets. This very comfortable apartment, located on the Pointe du Décollé, 6 minutes walk from the beaches and the city center, is a really privileged place; the spectacle of the beach at low tide and its disappearance at high tide is an enchantment. All rooms have sea view. The fully equipped open plan kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, induction stove, large fridge with small freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) integrates with the living room where a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. The two bedrooms are completely independent and closed; one of them has a French window giving direct access to the wild garden. They are each equipped with two twin beds, which can be separated or reunited, allowing a couple and two children, or two couples, to sleep there. A cot is available as well as a high chair. Wardrobes and closets. Washbasin and shower, unlimited hot water, heating in all rooms. Free WiFi. No pets. Non-smoking apartment. Activities : beach, kite surfing 5 minutes away, tennis, DINARD golf 3 km away, electric bike rental in the city center, cinema, library, tobacco/newspapers, restaurants, etc.

Carefully decorated, every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and well-being, creating a peaceful atmosphere and bathed in light. Located on the Décollé peninsula, very beautiful view of the large beach to the east, Cézembre and Saint-Malo in the distance, small sea view on the west side of Longchamps beach. Very bright, triple exposure (E, S, W), balcony for a table of 5, heated swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September. Located in a co-ownership, it is possible to jointly rent several apartments if you want to spend holidays with several families while each being at home!

Studio classified for tourism 3 stars - 2 nights minimum 42 m2 for two travelers -a bed 140 x 190 cm- After walking along the just a little dark corridor of a bakery that smells like fresh bread and climbing a staircase, you enter in a space revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The whole is very boudoir, sweet refined, very dreamlike, clear and bright with a view of the garden: a real cocoon that makes you forget everything!
