The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
