Delightful 2p of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with ascent and wide balcony offering an exclusive 180 degree view of the royal canal opening onto the harbor and the sea. Conveniently located between Halles, City Hall and Criée. The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

Stylish and charming with a lush Mediterranean garden and jewel like pool, the apartment is in a picturesque village with historic buildings going back to the 11th century. The market town of Pezenas is a 12 min drive, and the port town of Meze is a 15 min drive. There is much to explore in the area, beaches, vineyards, stunning scenery, ancient towns and the city of Montpellier 40 min drive away. There are 5 airports 40 -70 mins drive. There is a tennis court in the village - free to use.

You will overlook the very pretty Quai Louis Pasteur in Sète, exceptional views of the canals and the city. You will be seduced by the different styles of the city that give it its charm. Our cosy studio awaits you! This flat has been completely refurbished and has all the facilities you'll need for a pleasant stay. It's on the 3rd and top floor of the residence (no lift), with a balcony where you can eat and enjoy an aperitif in peace and quiet. There's also a private cellar for storing your bikes, with an electric socket for recharging. Ideally located, the Balaruc-Les-Bains thermal baths are 450 metres away and the Etang de Thau and its beaches are 200 metres away.
