Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Lovely Apt with terrace&amazing view near Split

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view over sea, mountains&city. Near Split and a few min by foot from beaches. Spacious, has: 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large private terrace&2 balconies. Fully equipped, new Climatisation, Wifi 300Mbps, smart TV, free private parking. Fits from 2 to 6pers. Just down our road (300m,~5min walk) there are several beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, café&bars, and a bus stop that connects directly Split old center with our neighborhood

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Trevor's review : " The central location and the stunning view is matched by the modern space that has been created. You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

It's located in quiet and peaceful place call Dugopolje,situated at the north entrance of Split,the centre of Dalmatia(15 minutes by car).Lies at the foot of the Mosor mountain,excellent for mountaineering.Ancient Roman Salona and medieval fortress Klis(a scenery for "The Games of the Trones") are few minutes away by car.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
